To make a mask, you need to mix yeast and milk, then heat them in a saucepan until a thick paste is formed. Apply the mask to dry and unwashed hair and massage it in firmly. Finally, you can cover your hair with foil and wrap it in a towel. The mask regenerates the hair structure.

Rinse giving shine

We need the following ingredients: 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, a few cloves, ½ teaspoon of marjoram, 1 liter of water. Put the ingredients in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. The decoction should be mixed with water in a bowl and rinse the hair with it. Finally, wash them with shampoo.
